Job Summary
To act as the strategic relationship manager for designated Key Accounts across Partnerships and drive the acquisition and development of partnerships to deliver innovative insurance solutions and contribute to the development of profitable growth.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Act as main contact person towards the cooperation partners and internal functions.
- Acquisition of partnerships in the field of cooperation and maintaining existing partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end process during planning and implementation of all partner-related development measures, ensuring the market working with importers and financial companies, as well as the on-site garage companies.
- Coordinate the elaboration and subsequent implementation of the desired solutions together with the relevant internal authorities and assuming responsibility for the results of partnerships allocated to.
- Develop new insurance solutions.
- Participate as well as manage partner and market specific projects.-Overtake outcome responsibility for allocated accounts.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is an added advantage)Minimum
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
- At least 5 years in a leadership role, managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
